It was a blessing to know Sis Oates. She remained pleasant and kind with a sincere spirit. Her smile would light up a room. Her presence will be missed. We continue to pray for the family, Sis Tina, Sis Shanequa, Joshua and Kingston. Blessings of Peace to you.
