I met Mrs. Oates when I was about thirteen years old when her daughter Lynn and I became best friends. She was one of the nicest, kindest and sweetest mothers I have ever known. She was like a mother to me. She loved to laugh and have fun with her family. She loved her children deeply and had such a close knit family. I will her deeply, her beautiful smile and kind heart. She was truly an angel and has now gained her wings. May God bless her soul and may she rest peacefully in the Father’s arms. My deepest condolences to my friend Lynn and her family!❤❤❤
